Job Description:Hi, We have Job opportunity with one of our leading client in providing Complete Security Solution to Corporates-Location Parel POSITION OVERVIEW (Business Development Manager Region Mumbai) We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Looking for Experince in IT and Security product experience& amp nbsp o Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction o Arrange business meetings with prospective clients o Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives o Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines o Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. o Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support o Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers o Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES Achieves assigned sales quota in designated territory. Meets assigned expectations for profitability. Completes customer account plans that meet company standards. Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards. Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame. ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT Reports to the VP Channel Sales Enlists the support of sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed. Closely coordinates company executive involvement with end-user customer management as appropriate. Works closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution. This position may have direct report staff assigned to support responsibilities within specific customer accounts. QUALIFICATIONS Graduate from an accredited institution Minimum three years of channel sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment. PC proficiency ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS This position requires extensive travel. All prospective employees must pass a background check.
