The main challenges faced by this profile include keeping updated with various product changes and terms, managing higher client satisfaction scores and ensuring high renewals via advisory relationships Job Description 4) Principal Accountabilities Accountability Supporting Actions To undertake new client acquisition, retention & amp amp growth for the branch for the Liability and Credit business To acquire minimum x RFQs (request for quotations) every month as per business targets undertake risk analysis and KYC formalities To actively participate in the LAP (Local Area Programs) that the Branch manager/ Team leader organizes and play an active role in sourcing accounts/leads To ensuring acquisition of the right profile of customers by sourcing the relevant surrogates as per the segmentation norms undertake database support for calling, contacting customers for the latest offerings To undertake joint client meetings with the Sales team regularly to understand specific requirements, perform risk assessment of clients cover, etc To obtain references from existing customers, other internal teams for approaching potential customers and report daily MIS and tracking of personal targets To keep upbreast of the latest developments & amp amp report to the Products/ Quotes team of the upcoming client requirements to innovate the product/service mix To ensure end-to end single point service for the customer, to win and maintain his trust To liaise for submission of the Quote and Claims requests to the various Insurers for the Liability and Credit insurance To ensure High Retention and Renewal ratio of the Existing clientele via effective Business development and Engagement To recommend the usage of Insurance portfolio reviews and Risk assessment for the Top clients and get expert teams to engage with clients for balancing the Risk portfolio To coordinate for ensuring Client participation in the customer meets, conferences, training etc to showcase new product opportunities to clients To maintain rapport with the Representatives of the Insurance companies, Surveyors, Alliance partners and the Sales teams for seamless workflow of the Quotes and Claims process for the Liability and credit deals To support the Re-Insurance teams for Domestic and International Insurance requirements, policy placement and coordination for Liability insurance To ensure timely follow up regarding proposal forms, Held Cover letter & amp amp Final policy copy for servicing the clients To maintain and ensure efficient TATs for servicing the various client requirements across the value chain and highlight exceptions
