Job Description:Job Description: Technical Project Manager Role/ Title- Technical Project Manager Reporting To- Project Delivery Head Job Type: Full Time Working Hours: 8.30 am to 5.00 pm (Monday to Friday) Compensation: Competitive Salary Experience Range: 3-8 years of related business experience (project management and/or equivalent). Key Responsibilities for this role: - Should have knowledge of .Net Technology. - Creation of Project Plan, Tasks, Staffing Profile & amp amp Project tracking. - Exhibit the ability to work on multiple assignments exercise good judgment in decision-making meet deadlines work independently, demonstrate an attention to detail and be flexible. Regularly meet with team leaders (technical and business) for understanding project requirements. Work with the team leads to define deliverables and specify the acceptance criteria for their part of work. - Determine the priority order of all the deliverables and their tasks. Help the team in estimating the effort required, making sure that it is a reasonable estimate. Communicate regularly the current state of deliverables. Step in to fill any gaps and mentor team members. Communicate any blockers or issues faced by the team. - Responsible for managing resource allocation across projects, including adjustments based on emerging business or technical opportunities and challenges. Effective Resource allocation and utilization report preparation - Tracking budget and cost incurred & amp amp Risk and Issue in each project and reporting the overall status. - Establishing project management guidelines, standards and procedures for the project. - Time Management Review like Review Timesheets of resources (Weekly) - Setup the RLS (resource loading sheet) for each project and plan the capacity and demand management on monthly basis. Based on that, Plan the ramp up and ramp down. - Ensuring effective staffing management, so that resource overload doesn- t occur and there is effective resource planning. - Lead, guide and mentor multiple teams and instill high work tempo to generate peak performance levels. For example: What did the team do good. What could have been done better. Where did the team fail- Things to do next month to improve. Communicate with Delivery Head and Leaders to find out their review and expectations and what would they like to see change in. Inculcate the plug and play culture in the team. - Logically categorizing and structure information is a must since the teams expects to spend their time designing and developing, not managing information to ensure teams do their jobs effectively. - Any experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Technologies shall be an added advantage. Key Skills: - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously - Ability to adapt to unfamiliar circumstances and deliver high quality work - Experienced user of MS Project and MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). - Understanding of project delivery and acceptance within a fast-paced business environment. - Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, assertiveness. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Open for Technical Development Challenges. - Possesses excellent written/verbal communication skills - Ability to effectively communicate technical & amp amp business requirements. - Good negotiation skills-to mitigate risk and work with their team and client to control scope changes and constructing deadlines. - Positive Outlook- As a project manager, you are the glue that holds the project and the team together. - Detail-oriented. - Ability to analyze the impact of how their work connects to their co-workers, delivery manager and the company at large and organize their priorities to drive business value in right way Key Attributes to fit into CloudFronts Culture: - Is a Good Coach to advice team technically and promote team career development. - Curious to be empathetic, creative, innovative and ability to learn quickly. - Growth mindset to enhance influence and accelerate results.
