Job Description:Manage, coordinate, and reconcile various Administration task. Ensure conference room resources are maintained and available. Managing internal/external events and meetings such as employee meetings, workshops, conferences, leadership events and clients meetings/events. Collect, compile and maintain administration data/information on action items, matters requiring follow-up, and provide visibility of status to the stakeholders. Ongoing upkeep of the office and ensure safe and clean working environment for the staff. Organizing travel arrangements for employees. This would include hotel arrangements, air tickets and local transportation. Responsible for all Administration, House Keeping, Facility Management, Vendor Management, Travel Management (PRO), Event management, Infrastructure Management, Safety Management, Budget Forecasting & amp amp Variance Reporting
