Job Description:Position Title: Digital Marketing Manager Location: Bangalore, India The Digital Marketing Manager will have an opportunity to enhance a multi-faceted marketing program. This will involve working closely with our subject matter experts, sales organization, key channel partners and ultimately managing an outside digital marketing firm. Responsibilities: In collaboration with the VP of Marketing, uncover ways to improve upon our existing digital marketing initiatives for inbound and outbound campaigns. Work with our digital marketing agency in developing campaigns that leverage paid search (PPC), organic search (SEO), remarketing, increasing backlinks, etc. Create and publish social media posts that develop greater awareness and drive sales leads on LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook, and maintain the Utopia site on each of those venues. Collaborate with our Chicago area digital marketing agency, analyze our monthly metrics and make ongoing recommendations for improving our SEO and PPC efforts. Utilize Google Analytics and HubSpot to measure the effectiveness of our website traffic and determine ways in which to create greater levels of engagement with our audiences. Continually monitor the Utopia website and make necessary copy and design changes to reflect Utopia keywords that are aligned with the companys messaging. Provide monthly reports of digital marketing metrics with an analysis of whats happening across our website, social media, PPC and SEO. Continue to monitor and integrate new digital marketing trends into awareness and lead generation programs. Write content for the website, blogs and email campaigns as required. Work with our Hubspot marketing automation platform as needed. Publish brief internal announcements of key sales wins. Support the planning of events and conferences as needed. Desired Skills and Experience: A minimum of 8 years of work experience with at least 5 years in developing and implementing digital marketing programs. Demonstrated success in developing and executing plans for PPC, SEO and social media initiatives. Strong background in working with Google Analytics. Experience in reporting website metrics, digital analytics and the ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on your findings. A deep website management background. An aptitude for quickly understanding technology businesses such as IT, data and/or software. Strong email campaign writing skills. Bachelors Degree with an emphasis in marketing, journalism, design or IT is desirable. Some familiarity with marketing automation tools would be helpful HubSpot is a plus. Some graphic design background would be helpful but not required. An ability to work in fast-paced environment.
