Job Description:Role Overview Responsible to drive inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web interface to focus on maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing and new customers. Functions as the overall account manager including leading transactional sales, partnering with outside sales and/or the channel (as applicable) and both strategy and execution This profile includes driving QoQ Sales numbers through both Retention Development Accounts & amp amp New Acquisition Accounts in ANZ Small & amp amp Medium business Market . Role & amp amp Responsibilities: Responsible for selling a defined set of products and services. Computers, printers, peripherals and break/fix, with some exposure to selling higher end hardware such as servers and storage. May own account sets and/ or be called into accounts as opportunities are identified. Develops account relationships with single decision maker within customers. Acts as a Sales consultant for SMB customers in Australia, support the sales organization to meet and/or exceed their objectives. Handles a large number of small to medium business accounts or customers, to Whom is the Product/Service Being Sold: Sells products/services to an individual consumer, small or medium businesses. Identifies customer needs/ requirements, and recommends the appropriate products and solutions. Establishes own priorities within general guidance, Coordinates resources and activities as needed to achieve deadlines and results. Finds ways to improve efficiency, quality and service of ongoing work. Remains up-to-date on new product, technology, and services offerings. Stays current on industry and vertical solutions as well. Promotes and positions key strategic product and service offerings. Provides direction and guidance/mentor to less experienced team members. Fully adept in Dell products and services. Gains Industry Certifications. Candidate requirement: Viewed as a trusted business advisor to the customer and uses in-depth knowledge of Dell s technology, products and services to help customers formulate direction. Utilizes strategic probing to identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative business solutions. Analyzes multiple market factors to both anticipate/identify customer problems/needs and recommends appropriate solution. Ability to effectively overcome obstacles to reach mutual agreement. Engages cross-functional resources, regardless of geographic location, in order to achieve goal/ meet customer needs. Effectively balances demands from multiple stakeholders. Effectively balances short term and long term priorities. Develops and implements account plans that drive the attainment of critical business objectives. Ability to assess potential sales opportunities for business fit, acceptable risk and profitability for accurate forecasting Involved in contract negotiation and possesses strong financial/business and pricing knowledge. The ability to effectively and consistently advance the sales cycle to conclude qualified business opportunities in a timely manner. Should have excellent communication skills in English. Strong Technical Knowledge on Enterprise solution products with relevant experience would be an advantage Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduates in any stream or (10 2). Undergraduates with at least 12 months of international call center / 24 months of domestic call center or any other work experience full time experience. Technical certification on hardware and networking would an added advantage
