Job Description:JOB DESCRIPTION Role Title-Assistant Director L&OD(UPES a Laureate Institution) Location- Delhi PURPOSE Center of Excellence (CoE) is a strategic Human Resource development centre to enable unprecedented growth that UPES is aiming for. This is with the objective of enabling the organization to grow rapidly, improve the quality of its products and services and strengthen its positioning as a great place to work. The objective is to propel Organizational Development and Organizational Learning initiatives. The position is expected to drive OD initiatives e.g. Competency Mapping and Succession Planning. RESPONSIBILITIES Create and implement programs at work that connect employees with business goals. Consult with management and other leadership to identify business processes. Identify and evaluate business initiatives to ascertain appropriate programs that meet com UPES goals. Create effective strategic planning methods. Implement organizational effectiveness interventions. Create competency models. Develop team-building exercises and workshops. Help employees create project timelines and deadlines. Implement major changes in all aspects of operation. Coordinate with management to identify specific work situations requiring employees to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies. Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals. Recommend training and development systems. Create definitions of desired individual or group performance. KEY DELIVERABLES Ability to design and evaluate training modules that have a direct bearing on business results ability to execute as per plans in the most efficient manner Demonstrable role-modelling by delivering pre-identified training programs Continuous improvement in content & delivery based on feedback and business outcomes Flexibility & adaptability MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCEBSC Maths, Physics, economics, Commerce or IT engineer a post graduate or MBA in HR with minimum 50& marks through out education. Minimum 10+ Years experience OD specialist, Change management
