Job Description:Wells Fargo India (EGS) We are Hiring for Middleware Technology Manager. Job Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad. Years of experience required : 12-20 Years Please find the below Job Description - This is a frontline management position responsible for the managing the Middleware teams with the people management accountability and having good Understanding of various Middleware Products Minimum 3+ Years of experience as a people manager This is a frontline management position responsible for the managing the Middleware Support teams with the people management accountability and having good Understanding of various Middleware Products Minimum 3+ Years of experience as a people manager Technology Delivery - Is responsible for managing the Infrastructure and Business Services functions for Middleware services Solution Management team. Is responsible drive standardization, simplification, and support strategy for middleware products Is responsible for engineering tasks encompassing packaging, security advancement, project, and performance which includes below activities. -Product certification, build & release of MW products -Enterprise Service Solutions (i.e. HAVEN, MQ4U, QS4U) -Configuration Management - defining baselines, managing to baselines, etc. -Accountable for retirement of End of Life, End of Support, and unauthorized software. Is responsible for Middleware Project and Operational Intake - Provides entry point for the provisioning of new middleware/software enablement. Is responsible for LOB Focus/Alignment - know the business Is responsible for performing proactive analytics and activities supporting ticket reduction focusing on availability improvements. Is responsible for BCP planning, release co-ordination and infrastructure testing. In addition to the above responsible, the person is also accountable for specific functions in areas where the alignment includes a clear delivery accountability: Workflow management & direction Daily assignments Hands on involvement Escalation of problems/issues MW Projects delivery/management Shift/on-call planning Continual service improvement Automation and efficiency Stakeholder Management Is responsible for developing, maintaining ongoing engagement with global LoB partners and other stakeholders in EIT and [email protected] EGS teams Is responsible for planning, Consulting, negotiating and manage deliverables of the business & technology requirements Is responsible to build effective relationships with offshore vendors partners servicing the portfolio Talent/ People Management Is responsible for developing people and manage Talent effectively Is accountable for expectations setting (goal settings) for the team members in line with the larger LoB and EGS goals (functional - technical/domain and behavioral) Hiring the right talent to meet the business needs (work closely with the EGS Talent Acquisition Teams) Regards, Wells Fargo (EGS) TA Team.
