Job Description:To provide Healthcare Solutions to corporate clients. To showcase all products & amp amp services of Apollo Clinic and various divisions of AHLL. To collaborate with all AHLL divisions and pitch an integrated Service Offering to clients. To be proactive with locating and developing new business in line with the revenue and sales through the appropriate media. Guiding & amp amp monitoring the team in Identifying potential corporate clients and closing pan India tie-ups for the network of Clinics. To ensure all opportunities are taken to promote products to our customers and to increase the client base Guide the team in understanding competitors and providing valid USPs in capturing sales. To ensure contracts are managed and extended where possible Resolve on timely basis all clients problems/quires. To assign special projects to each team members and guide them in achieving the same. To monitor and help host any promotion events or external site as required by the COO. Be aware of the key trends in the market and take appropriate action. Have extensive knowledge of competitor and what business is booking into which region/area. Encourage full usage of all facilities to maximize sales. Establish key relationships with corporate clients and agencies to ensure maximum exposure and increase revenue. Liaise with the rest of the clinics team on a day to day basis to obtain all new sales leads Be aware of company policies, which affect the sales department Have full product knowledge of the facilities offered Carry out other duties/tasks outside normal routines but within the overall scope of the job Collaborate with Clinic Regional Managers to ensure that the signed corporate client is managed & amp amp served well at clinics Manage client relationship to ensure revenue growth and enquiry of new service. DESIRED PROFILE Prioritize projects with little supervision and meet tight deadlines and targets. Strong inter-personal and people skills. Essential leadership skills to manage an experienced team Good communication (written & amp amp spoken) skills essential. Excellent sales and negotiation skills Strong networking skills. The flexibility to cope with frequent changes in products and healthcare systems. Be pro-active in putting forward suggested actions to achieve the departments targets Ensure that statistical data is produced and analyzed. Demonstrate a can do attitude at all times To provide support and coaching to new team members within Sales Team. High level of service orientation and stakeholder management skills are essential.
