Job Description:We' re looking for a marketer who can get their hands dirty and support our growth team. The Marketing Manager is an integral member of professionals including the senior leadership. He/she will be in charge of developing & amp amp implementing the marketing strategy of WIISE, creating and executing a marketing plan consisting of various activities, and spearheading day to day marketing activities. He/ she will be responsible for brand management and for maintaining a corporate identity of PositiveShift and WIISE. Job Description * Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements preparing an annual budget scheduling expenditures analyzing variances initiating corrective actions * Plan marketing and branding objectives * Analyze & amp amp prepare marketing strategy by market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback * Strike meaningful marketing alliances and build relationships with external customer * - Build and maintain relation with print, outdoor and other media - Tie-ups with important events to keep the brand buzzing - Maintain relationship with other agencies and vendors * Implementation of the marketing plans as agreed with Corporate Office - Interaction with suppliers / promotional agencies - Negotiate cost and ensure deliverables - Develop a database of suppliers and promotional agencies * Maintain and update marketing reports on a regular basis and route it into corporate marketing * Control on all merchandise material and continuously identify new cost effective and innovate merchandise material (relevant to our consumer base) * Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities * Develop, implement and execute marketing campaigns across all mediums: website, digital, magazines, brochures, and media relations * Develop and implement media plan & amp amp strategy across ATL & amp amp Digital platforms * Handle short and long term marketing plans including planning, execution, and reporting * Effective team management and development * Print planning- magazines and newspapers that would target parents and trade. This would require interaction with the media agency/partners * Planning and executing all outdoor advertisements, event/ exhibition participation, and their conversion rate * Preparing marketing & amp amp media calendar on yearly basis * Strategizing promotional activities based on understanding of demographic segments.
