JOB PURPOSE To mobilize Corporate & amp amp Major Donors, to contribute resources in support of MSFs objectives and activities. To position MSF among current and potential corporates/companies and Major Donors, as the leading medical humanitarian aid organization. 2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Expected End Results (WHAT) Supporting Activities (HOW) Support Strategic DevelopmentDevelop a complete understanding of MSF Indias overall fundraising strategies. Develop and execute corporate and major donor strategy for MSF India, working closely with the Head of Fundraising, MSF Indias Fundraising Team and other staff and complete end-to-end ownership of corporate major donor fundraising. ImplementationImplement the MSF India corporate and major donor strategy with the aim of increasing income from the channel. Raise at least 2 crore per year increasing to X crore over 3 years. Analyze data, locate trends, and evolve plans to improve donor servicing, corporate and major donor fundraising operations and resource generation Ensure timely, accurate, and effective donor servicing ( mailers, annual reports, receipts, forms, information requests, activity status updates, tax certificates, queries, field visit requests, invitation for events, etc) towards relationship building and retention Secure event partnerships, marketing partnerships and sponsorships from corporate/major donors Develop relevant fundraising communication materials for various needs: electronic and print as relevant for corporate and major donor fundraising Undertaking any other reasonable task that the Head of Fundraising sees fit for the smooth running of the team Covers CSR/non-CSR and individual major donors Guide and develop corporate and major donor team Self-manage hands-on at least 40% of key donor accounts 80% of time out of office, donor facing time Database maintenance and updation Database privacy and confidentiality Monitoring and Reporting1.Present and discuss objective/plans/activities with key people within the organizations 2.Use the available CRM system to make enquiries, update records and produce required reports 3.Ensure timely, accurate and quality MIS for the function 4.Provide reports on corporate and major donor fundraising to head of fundraising on monthly basis. 5.Ensure that all fundraising activities comply with applicable (Indian) law at all times, including compliance with data protection legislation Representation1.Represent MSF in face to face meetings with major donors and companies 2.Represent MSF at HNWI and corporate platforms 3.Represent corporate and major donor fundraising in internal fundraising Human resources1.Train, coach and monitor the performance of corporate and major donor fundraising team members 2.Supervise and evaluate the corporate & amp amp major donor fundraising team members 3.KEY DIMENSIONS Financial Dimensions Manage costs as per the approved annual plan for corporate and major donor fundraising Raise at least 2 crore per year going up to 8 crore in 3 years. Other Dimensions Manage corporate and major donors in across all cities for fundraising Manage major donor fundraising and corporate fundraising team members Manage coordination with event team for fundraising events Manage external vendors for corporate & amp amp major donor fundraising Manage corporate and major donor fundraising from minimum 3 locations Collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders as necessary 4.Key Performance Indicators Achieve and exceed the financial/nonfinancial targets for Corporate and Major Donor Fundraising income as per annual plan Number of new corporate and major donors acquired Number of existing corporate and major donors retained Number of new potential corporate and major donors acquired Number of donor reports dispatched Number of donor meetings with corporates and major donors Number of major donor profiles developed Number of grant proposal submitted 5.Key Interactions Corporate and Major donors of MSF India Fundraising vendors Event Team at MSF India Communication team at MSF India Finance/compliance team at MSF India 6.Other Indicative Requirements Educational Qualifications & amp amp Functional / Technical SkillsMaster degree in communication or equivalent field from a reputed institute Relevant Experience (Type of experience and minimum number of years)6-7 years of experience in corporate/major donor fundraising Experience in writing grant proposals and reporting on project specific grants. Complete understanding of CSR fundraising Other requirements (Behavioral, Language, Certifications etc.)Result and quality orientation (Level 4) Capacity to negotiate (Level 4) Behavioral flexibility (Level 3) Initiative and Innovation (Level 3) Team work and cooperation (Level 3) Excellent communication and presentation skills Relationship building and sustainance Ability to manage corporate relationships We offer: Annual Salary (before TDS): between INR 16,40,887 & amp amp INR 18,46,957 depending upon relevant professional experience 30 paid leaves (prorate from date of joining) and other leaves as per MSF Internal Regulations.
