Job Description:Position: GM / AGM - International Marketing Experience: 10 - 12 yrs Work Location: Delhi Job Description: Should possess a minimum 10-12 years Business Development experience with a proven track record of marketing in a reputed pharmaceutical industry (Formulations) in MENA Market. Should have good knowledge of regulatory activities and can understand and monitor the registration guidelines & amp amp processes, and to obtain the registration of the products. Work closely with the global RA team on the regulatory scenarios and product registrations. To co-ordinate with the customers, including distributors, tender authorities, and other related government officials. Should identify and finalise the agreements with appropriate business partners in various countries. Educational Qualifications: B.Pharm / B.Sc.+ MBA (International Business/Marketing/related specialization will be an added advantage). Job Description This key role will strategically lead the marketing efforts, set the long-term vision, and establish and manage the field sales organization for the franchise. Reporting to the General Manager this is an opportunity to help develop the business unit model within the Middle East market. You will establish appropriate procedures, systems, metrics, and infrastructures to support marketing operations. He/she will provide strong leadership skills with an ability to set a vision, and to lead and mentor others. This role is responsible for overseeing the hiring and management of the field sales, including oversight over distributor dedicated field force including territory sizing and alignment, sales force effectiveness, sales training and personnel development. Responsible for executing the Brand Business Plan. Sets priorities in circumstances of continued complexity and conflicting requirements. Provide timely and thoughtful analysis and feedback on product/market conditions to a wide variety of internal customers. Has responsibility for managing an assigned marketing budget and project timelines. Ensures that all marketing activities are in compliance with regulatory and legal requirements. Provide leadership of the sales organization of the region and leadership within the organization. Creates an environment in which every member of the team has an opportunity to succeed,. Manage risk and P& amp amp L Develop, implement, and maintain the required infrastructure to meet business goalsSuccessful development of external relationships leading to brand advocacy is required. Establishes strong working relationships with Key Opinion Leaders . Science Graduate pref B pharma Extensive pharmaceutical industry experience to include expertise in field sales management, marketing strategy and tactics and commercial policies and practices Demonstrated track record of marketing success, as demonstrated by successful product launches and/or sustained commercial growth Knowledge and experience in one or more areas and hospital markets preferred. Demonstrated ability to conceive, develop and implement multi-dimensional marketing and business plans Must possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills and ability to efficiently and productively communicate to a variety of groups and audiences. Demonstrated excellence in project management and effectively managing multiple projects/priorities Experience with presentations before executive staff Track record of successful budget management with an understanding of revenue forecasting and expense budget planning and tracking A leader and motivator that the team willingly wants to follow. Strong presence with ability to command respect through exercise of sound business judgment and clear decision-making is required.
