Job Description:Job purpose : Candidates would head enterprise business for in specific zones - i.e. P& amp amp L responsibility for all sales to large and medium sized companies. Candidate responsible for sales, business development and support functions such as supply chain and sourcing for the business. In their zone. Overall accountability of strategy, growth, enablers, team building, team management and everything else related to the enterprise business in their zones. Specific duties and responsibilities : - Work on short term & amp amp long term strategy in line with the overall company plans on a rolling basis. - Generate profitable revenue growth through establishing new customers, penetrating new customer accounts and retaining those customers - Establish, maintain and service accounts, covering full assigned territory to ensure high customer satisfaction, positive long-term relationships and repeat business - Effectively assess customer needs, present products and solutions, and close sales - Recruit, train and manage Sales Team to drive business. - Person would be responsible for the hardcore Sales and marketing for Industrial Products and is expected to visit industries for the same. - Coordinating with supply chain, customer service and commercial team for completing the sales cycle successfully - Responsible to improve the business and maintain long term relationship with the existing customers - Communicate with the customers, generate leads and convert those leads to achieve sales targets - Coordinate with production department to manufacture the material according to the customers requirements - Coordinate with logistic department for timely dispatches & amp amp timely Payment follow-up with customer
