Job Description:Job Description Post: Area Sales Manager Report to: Center Manager Job Responsibilities 1.To lead the team of Relationship Manager to meet the business targets and profitability of the area. 2.To interact regularly with team members to ensure that business targets are met and motivating them for achieving higher sales. 3.Developing sales and marketing strategies for driving the business and providing marketing support to RMs 4.Implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplishment of targets. 5.Demonstrate consistency and maturity in sales forecasting processes. 6.Managing adequate Team size by recruiting quality resources and grooming them from time to time in presentation and selling skills. 7.Contributes in smooth execution of sales and operational processes, including DSA relationships. 8.Support RMs in networking with new potential business loan customers and guides them. 9.Provides timely and accurate reports as desired. Maintain the loan to disbursal ratio at the highest. 10.Monitoring team performance in terms of profitability and productivity/retention. Skill required in ideal candidate. Must be a graduate with minimum 5 yrs. of experience in Personal loan vertical.(MBA candidates preferred Must have excellent communication skill and pleasing personality Possesses high level of self-drive/enthusiasm. Should have strong customer orientation Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Strong commercial and business acumen.
