Job Description:Sales, Marketing & amp amp Business Development: 1. Successfully developing & amp amp delivering agreed sales strategy, commercial goals in line with overall annual business plan of the company. 2. Preparing Marketing plan, its review and providing feedback to Management. 3. Maximize full price sale and minimize discounting cost. 4. Plan, review and compare sales on daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis 5. Accelerate Sales force performance & amp amp drive strong on productivity of each staff. 6. Work on strategy to maximize per sq.ft. sale of each store with minimum costs. 7. Track competition in terms of business performance, promotions, offers, quality & amp amp pricing. 8. Monthly business review with sales staff as well as management. Retail Operations Management: 1. Handling the retail stores at various locations. 2. Ensure that the SOPs are followed at the stores. 3. Developing business and strategic management in the stores. 4. Work out strategically in setting up incentive plans every month and motivate employees to achieve it. 5.Tracking and monitoring competition. 6.& amp nbsp Strategically manage & amp amp promote sales culture within all retail stores, KPIs, profitability, quality service to customers. Customer Relationship: 1. Ensure smooth customer relationship activity and build a strong customer loyalty base. 2. Analyze customer profile, buying pattern and competitors information to impact & amp amp drive better business. 3. Tracking and mapping footfall. 4. Continuously develop new customer relationships and strengthen existing relationships. Employee Management: 1. To conduct Manpower planning & amp amp recruitment, defining KRA of the team, hand holding of employees, recognition, imparting training to the team and grievance redressed. 2. Work on operational efficiency & amp amp increasing staff productivity resulting in optimum utilization of resources. 3. Continuously push the quality of each staff, to allow them to develop into truly well rounded business leaders. 4. Day to day guidance & amp amp direction to Sales team & amp amp supporting them in trouble shooting effectively. 5. Ensure sufficient staffing is there on important days or big days of sale. 6. Provide on the job training to the team. 7. Inventory, Distribution & amp amp Logistics Management
