Job Description:Position Description - Manager level practitioner/program manager role within the India GU integrated marketing & communications team, where the individual will have responsibility for running programs and campaigns for Accenture in India and from India targeting primary audience segments covering: 1. Clients 2. Accenture Leadership 3. Client Account Leads 4. Delivery MDs. Position Responsibilities: The role will drive and be responsible for the planning, development, implementation, monitoring and metrics reporting of integrated marketing programs focused on Automation and the automation platform "Accenture myWizard" that will have local and global reach specifically targeted to either (or a mix) of audience mentioned above: Position Mandate Program planning and management for marketing, working with Accenture leadership responsible for automation strategy, development and deployment of automation platforms. To shape messaging and positioning. Work with the implementation and delivery teams to understand the automation agenda, myWizard and identify relevant success stories we can communicate externally and internally. Planning and implemention of a market facing plan to position Accentures capabilities in Automation - as a leader. This would include working with media & analyst relations, application services sales teams. In this role the incumbent will report into India GU Senior Manager/ Associate Director for Integrated Marketing & communications. Position Skills & Capabilities: Strong skills in marketing programs development and campaign management. Proven track record in product strategy, sales, technology industry experience Creative thinking and ability to direct and sell creative ideas to a broad range of stakeholders gain commitment from assigned stakeholders and guide implementation of marketing plans Should be able to manage the team through multiple projects at any one time, and have the self-discipline to work effectively in a virtual environment with colleagues all over the world. Ability to create the right mix of marketing activities to support business goals. Ability to manage budgets, internal and external reporting as well as organize monthly, quarterly and annual program plans Ability to ensure deliverables demonstrate value and a return on investment, meet the Business strategic requirements and, including brand guidelines Collaborative attitude to work effectively across internal groups, and external vendors to drive projects forward. Insight to continually move marketing programs to the next level, keeping orginisations positioning ahead of the market. Will need to work with cross-function marketing teams, marketing shared services and agency resources for executing campaigns.
