Job Description:We are an IT company with office in Ludhiana (Punjab) looking for experienced IT support engineer to support our US based clients from the Ludhiana office. Requirements - 1) Must have USA Voice support experience. 2) Minimum 8 years of IT Support and Management experience required. 3) Excellent Knowledge of virtualization technologies - HyperV and VMware etc. 4) Expert level knowledge of Windows Server Platform 2008, 2012, 2016 5) Expert knowledge of Office365, Exchange, Cloud Solutions 6) Expert knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, EFS, WSUS, SCCM, IIS, Group Policy 7) Excellent knowledge of Firewalls, VPNs, Encryption, 8) Excellent knowledge of VoIP technologies. 9) Deep understanding of ITIL methodology. 10) Excellent knowledge of installing, building and maintaining Microsoft Server Systems. Skill Set: The position is of & quot Team Lead& quot for the current IT staff. 1) Should be a team player and able to manage/groom team to meet company objectives. 2) Monitor and verify the integrity of all systems, review logs and proactively ensure systems are running at optimal performance and continually monitor systems to ensure minimum downtime. 3) Optimize and Implement full RMM features to maximize proactive management and Monitoring 4) Implement Cyber Security solutions (Anti-Virus, Anti-Malware, Patch Management, Intrusion Detection, Penetration Testing) 5) Excellent documentation skills, must continually document procedures and processes for training purposes and provide detailed notes when updating support cases. 6) Plan, Implement & amp amp Maintain backup solutions for clients (cloud and local) 7) Setup and Configure Backup and Disaster Recovery (BDR) solutions. The candidate MUST have Telephone Support Experience with US based clients. He/She must be customer service oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. He/She must be open to working night shift to support US based clients. The candidate should have excellent troubleshooting skills and provide Tier III support for timely resolution to support tickets. He/She will manage and assign support cases to other team members. He/She should research and recommend solutions to continually improve processes and procedures. The knowledge of Powershell / Linux Experience is a plus.
