ROLE: & amp nbsp & amp nbsp & amp nbsp Joining Time - 60 Days Max Location: Bangalore& amp nbsp Exp - 10-15 years Skills required : Critical Skills and Qualities: Job Description Position: Sales Manager / Sr. Sales Manager (Western Region) Location: Mumbai, India Experience Level: 8-15 Years Role Description: The primary function of this position is to develop with dynamism the sales of projects and value added solutions to customers in a defined territory using various combination of Roltas broad IP led solutions and services portfolio (software, services, training, consulting, services contracts, ERP, SI, BI etc). This is an Individual Contributor role and involves the entire gamut of sales cycle right from prospecting to collecting and everything in between. The person will be required to prospect aggressively in the market and will require extensive collaboration with technology partners like Oracle, IBM, and SAP etc to do joint GTMs. Knowledge on Smart City solutions, IT-OT operational excellence, and functional knowledge & amp amp relationship with municipal bodies & amp amp governments would be a distinct advantage! Key Responsibilities: Deliver Order Booking Targets Identify possible business opportunities within named accounts as well as hunt for new Identify, map and build strong business relationships with key decision makers Drive constant sales growth largely by hunting as well as upselling / cross-selling Promote and initiate new business relationships with potential accounts across industries Provide accurate and precise forecast on sales pipeline Must Haves Skills and Experiences 8 to 15 years of proven IT sales experience Must have spent considerable amount of time (at least last 5 years) in Mumbai and West Must have spent at least last 5 years in selling to Government and PSUs in Mumbai and West Demonstrate strong customer engagement and relationship management skills Demonstrate an aggressive, proactive approach with a hunter sales mentality Possess strong capability to research and understand respective domain requirements Ability to work collectively and proactively with both internal and external stakeholders Have contacts in the Government, Municipal Bodies, and PSUs in the West Demonstrates strong understanding of the Government buying cycle Passionate about sales, quick learner, and challenges the status quo Good to have Smart City project experience. Preferred Skills and Experiences Consultative IT solution selling experience Understanding of horizontal coverage of IT Solutions like ERP, BI, CRM, Managed Services etc Understanding of process and utility industry Existing relationships in Oracle, IBM, Honeywell, L& amp amp T, etc Excellent skills in both written and spoken English Reporting of sales activity through standard sales force automation tools Identifying Target market and Executing Marketing and Sales activities Champion of prospect to Customer lifecycle Formulating Sales Strategies for new market entrant Excellent grip on written and spoken English and Hindi, regional language is an added advantage Compensation Emoluments will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
