For more information, please login to Job Title: Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager Job Location: Bangalore Experience: 2 - 6 Years Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Identify new sales leads 2. Conduct Business Development Activities to meet quota targets which will entail: - Proven cold calling experience - Designing and implementing campaigns to penetrate targeted accounts - Drive sales cycle to wins (Includes prospecting, presentations, proposals, POC' s etc..) 3. Ensure overall deal closure 4. Pitch business model, value proposition & amp amp capabilities to prospective customers 5. Build long-term trusted relationships with clients Daily routine: 1. Contact potential clients via email and phone to brief them about what we do & amp amp establish an introductory connect 2. Set-up an introductory conversation to explain our business model, value proposition & amp amp approach to problem solving across respective domain and industry. 3. Regular follow-ups and touch base with client prospects to build a progressive relationship by showcasing cross-industry experience & amp amp capabilities in areas of interest to them 4. Engage in potential partnership conversations over phone & amp amp email Desired Profile Skills/Competencies needed to perform the job - - Documented history of achieving sales quota for US clients. - Bachelors degree required, Masters degree preferred - Research/Social Media/Marketing/Brand Management/Analytics background preferred - Domain expertise in CPG, Retail, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare preferred - Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills in English - A self-reliant, resourceful hard-charger with a consultative sales approach- Excellent communication skills - Should be comfortable working in US Timings(EST).
