Job Description:Role : Brand Manager Why Chaipoint Chai Point is a popular fast growing F B brand in India which is powered by technology at its core. Chai Point has connected its stores and suppliers using Shark - an in house developed cloud based automation platform. Chai Point pioneered in building a cloud based platform which uses Internet of Things to efficiently manage Tea / Coffee / other beverages at its corporate clients. Your day at work As a Brand Manager in Chai Point you will be expected to: Spearhead the marketing strategy for B2B business, boxC and CPG products Own all customer touch points for the brands - Onsite visual merchandising, product photography, content marketing, cataloguing, social media, ORM, packaging, product quality and delivery Identify the right media mix to target these customers and maximize the SOV on the target channels Work with the creative team to define clutter breaking visual language Collaborate with the merchandising and product teams on acquisition retention devising effective integrated marketing campaigns and possibly generate insights for digital strategy Analyse digital assets of competitors, (FMCG), and (LLT Snack Food) in order to ascertain best practices for growing the business Co-own the content calendar with the Digital Marketing Manager, targeting the different customer personas, which entails onsite visual merchandising, social media editorial content, community management, and offline engagements Work with the sales head to accelerate the growth on e-commerce portals through smart advertising strategies Work on meticulous on line off-line (both organized retail General Trade) marketing and positioning strategies Identifying the right TG develop programs for at reach-out Plan for strong Shopper Trade engagement programs. We are looking at the below skills 3-4 years of experience in both online and offline marketing to drive B2C customer acquisition Demonstrate extensive experience in brand planning, brand planning tools, building brand book and show proven expertise in creative development, measurement, shopper marketing and execution Demonstrated analytical skills, able to actively participate with research teams to analyze brand perception and sales results from ad campaigns, developing plans based on research analysis and output Demonstrated success identifying new brand development opportunities, possible environmental or competitive threats Strong data-driven marketing skills, with demonstrated ability to dive deep into customer data and translate findings into actionable customer insights and powerful marketing programs Travel: 20%
