Job Description:Responsible to promote Optech' s IT Services in USA and Canada Market. Should Identify and make contact with potential clients, recognize and identify their requirements and accordingly pitch services to them. Proficiently use of search engines and business databases and other web business directories and identify contacts and leads. Should be able to Close Projects and Services of Large Volume. Should be responsible for Business Development of Offshore Development center Sound knowledge of current technologies. Experience in providing solutions to complex customer challenges. Designation : Sales/Business development Lead IT Services Relevant Experience required : Minimum 6 years+ Educational Qualification: Bachelors/Masters From TOP Institutes Work Location :Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Work Timings : 05:30 pm to 02:30 am (Fixed Shift Timings). Salary : Industry Standards, Plus Incentives Notice Period : 15 to 30 days . Responsibilities: 1. Cold Calling / Emails. 2. Appointment Generation with Decision Makers (CEO' s/CTOs). 3. Phone presentation. 4. Qualified Lead Generation and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. 5. Building new accounts and increasing sales in existing accounts. 6. Provide solutions to Customer challenges. 7. To cultivate, build and manage relationships with Decision-makers and Project Sponsors. 8. Close Projects and Interact with technical team on RFPs and RFQs 9. Contribute independently 10. Weekly Reporting and Interaction with US Team . Desired Candidate Profile: Must have minimum 6 Years + experience in Sales and Lead Generation for US and Canada Market. Should be Well versed in sales cycle in US , Canada and European geographies. Excellent lead qualification and lead generation to discover opportunities. Must have Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Accent neutralization for international market would be a plus. Must have excellent telephone presence with demonstrated skills including the ability to engage in meaningful conversations with and to make remote presentations to all levels of management and technical professionals. Looking for individuals with good persuasive skills and who have passion for Sales. Must be a self-starter, Target Oriented and self-motivated individual who works well under pressure. Understanding of Software technologies and Offshore Software/IT services model. Independent Contributor with Excellent IT/Software Services Sales track record is a must. Sound knowledge of current technologies.
