Qualification: MBA/ PG Diploma in Marketing from a premier institute Preferred Industry: FMCG / Banking / Insurance companies Experience: Mandatory: 5 to 7 years of experience in Brand Management Analyzing the product category ( CASA) and tracking the competition communication . Brand Planning / Brand mapping Liaison with AD agencies, Graphic design house, marketing research agencies, Packaging vendors. Deployment of Brand building programs In bank branch Marketing Purpose: To support brand growth by conducting timely and error free analysis of industry trends, consumer insights, market competitiveness WITHIN the defined category guidelines with the objective of enhancing brand market share, sales volume and visibility Communication development Consumer research To drive our positioning its Fun banking to internal and external stake holders Utilization of Brand Ambassador to the fullest Knowledge & amp amp Skills: Creativity : Generating ideas and Re-synthesis Integrating Perspectives : Research orientation and Collaboration bias Challenging Status Quo Experience in Brand development or Market development role.
