Job Description:Job Summary Looking after all Administration activities of the plant and assist Plant HR in HR related activities Responsibilities and Activities Handling all Admn related activities like Transportation, House keeping, Gardening, Security, Hotel booking, Canteen, Visitor management etc... Time office functions like attendance monitoring, leave updation etc... Laisoning with Govt. officials Statutory compliance Employee Motivation & amp amp Communication CSR Initiatives Coordinating for various audits. Knowledge on Safety, Health & amp amp Environment (SHE) aspects. Plan & amp amp execute welfare activities and coordinating for other programs Contract labor handling and compliance Preparing Monthly HR reports Responsible for Pre & amp amp Post employment formalities Handling employees grievances Administer all facility related requirement and ensure all stake holders within and outside the company are involved, informed, effectively keep up the facility in terms, adequate & amp amp appropriateness of space, 5S maintenance etc. Others Co-ordination Ability to deliver under pressure situations. Flexible in devoting time for official duties Good English written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills, Kannada language spoken / written / reading skills essential
