Job Description:Job Responsibilities Responsible for managing all aspects of the inside sales department and lead generation process. Ensure that sales pipeline remains full with qualified leads & amp amp prospects. Evaluate and improve inside sales and sales administration processes. Provide coaching for existing Executives, and training for new representatives. Report to outside sales - metrics, opportunities, and threats. Suggest improvements that can be made to increase value of Marketing Communications Collateral /Email Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in customer relationship management (CRM) system. Online Demonstrations to be conducted for prospective leads. Provide data quality checks weekly. People: Train/Guide/ Provide necessary Inputs on the customer engagement and share inputs with Business Team, Marcomm team , Partner Team, Application Team & amp amp R& amp amp D on various cross functional activity related to enhance Product, Process, Policy for betterment of organization growth Knowledge 2-4 years work experience in business-to-business (B2B) environment - preferred Domestic IT Sales (manufacturing domain preferred) Familiarity with sales process. Excellent verbal communication skill is required. Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times. Strong work ethics leading inside sales team by example: minimal missed days & amp amp hands on inside sales experience should be able to use that. Ability to work in self-directed, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. Preferred proficiency in computer skills including email, MS Word, Excel, Power Point, VB Accountabilities and Performance Measures : Achieves assigned sales quota Achieves revenue Targets Meets assigned expectations for profitability Achieves new account acquisition targets Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame Professional Skills: 3 Years Experience in Pre-Sales activities ERP Product, Good at Customer Engagement ERP Product Functional & amp amp Technical know-how in detail Ability to operate with Channel Partner Good at customer engagement, Relationship building Good at Communication Presentation One to One & amp amp Many Documentation Skills Must to have Product knowledge skills along with Business scenario mapping Outbox Thinking to handle the challenges Creating Industry Segment-wise Presentation MS Office Vision, PPT, Document..etc
