Job Description:Propose and plan the business strategy for India market for Sunon Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry researching and analyzing sales options. Cooperates with HQ to develop India' s market. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationship with distributors and house account customer.& amp nbsp Make sure the regional Sales performance and implement Sales/Marketing plan has achieved the corporate goals. Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews preparing and completing action plans implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards resolving problems completing audits identifying trends determining regional sales system improvements implementing change. Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes surveying consumer needs and trends tracking competitors. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Compiling and analyzing sales figures Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
